Have been using Timmons Auto and Truck Repair since they had their shop in Lafayette. Dave is always the consummate professional, pleasant and easy to work with. You can tell by his interactions that he has an outstanding relationship with his clients.

Thank you for bringing in your Chevy Silverado pick up truck. We are very grateful for the over 25 years of service that we have been able to provide you and your family. this is definitely a great testimony to the tremendous trust and loyalty that you have with us. We always have and always will respect that. Now a days its is much harder to have that kind of loyalty from customers because people are programmed to find the cheapest deal or price and tend to forget about the importance of quality and great service. To us that is a tremendous loss for all of society. We are glad to see that there still are some that really value the quality and loyal aspects of do business with the same place. You are great customers and we really appreciate you guys.

As always, it is a pleasure having my work trucks serviced by Timmons. They are responsive. They take my vehicles within days if not hours when I call about an issue. Their competent staff professionally communicates to me exactly what is going on with my vehicles in a way that I can understand it. Their final price is within dollars of their estimates. I find this impressive! In addition to their professionalism, they care about me and my vehicles. I know that they are taking the best care of my vehicles not just because it's their job, but because they care about me and my crews driving them. Without question, I recommend Timmons Auto & Truck Repair.

I must say I have been annoyed the last few times for two reasons. One when I bring my vehicle in there is an attitude with regard to diagnosis. The problems are over diagnosed then I'm asked to sign something stating the problem may not be fixed. Kind of a lack of confidence thing. This makes my experience uncomforitable and worriesome. Rodney did not check past service records and tried to sell work I did not need. If he had checked the reords he would have seen the work had already been done. Blind sales approach nobody likes. Over all a good freindly experience. Seems honest, but red flag on the sales technique and lack of confidence on the diagnosis and repairs made. I was told at least three or four times to check coolant level over the phone and given a large hand written note reminding me again. That was annoying and gives me a lack of faith in the diagnosis and repair process of Timmons. When mistakes are made and they are they always do there best to make it right with me.

All work done in a timely manner, as well as the service and overall experience were excellent.
