If you drive a less-common vehicle like a Mercedes Metris, you already know the drill: half the shops in town look at it like it's an alien spacecraft, hem and haw about parts availability, or try to upsell you on a laundry list of imaginary "recommended" services. Brought my 2019 Metris to Timmons Auto Repair for a full front and rear brake job, and they were completely unfazed. Because they're used to working on commercial fleet vehicles like Sprinters, they treated the van like the standard workhorse it is. We have two 16-foot company box trucks that require regular servicing, and I recently tried Timmon's Auto and Truck Repair for the first time. I was extremely satisfied with the experience! This is the ONLY auto shop I have ever trusted completely! Dave and Lisa run a great shop and are the BEST! The entire shop goes the extra mile, very trustworthy, knowledgeable - and if there is something that stumps them - they WILL find the answer. I have two vehicles maintained here plus my RV! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 150%!!!

They will always check to see if your vehicle has other problems, but will give informative advice on its urgency or to just let you know. No problems with oil change and new filters.

They do what they say for the agreed price. I value their judgments on the work that should be done.

Very pleased with the service performed on my Class A Motorhome; it included Ford recommended inspection and Lube oil and filter changes. The inspection showed my brakes at end of life and Timmons was able to repair in very timely fashion.

Had brakes making noise I knew they were cutting into rotors on our motorhome we were traveling. Talking with Dave and he got us in very quick. Repair and back in working better than ever we. Have a lot of mountains to drive over much at ease. Thanks guys for great job.
