I never look forward to having mechanical truck problem, but every time do my truck seems to come out better. Dave found that the right shock absorber was not securely attached to the mount, while working on a brake issue. He re-attached a new bushing and nut....the ride is very much improved now. Five Stars!!!

I was out of town when my air conditioning compressor pulley bearing failed. Another words, I couldn't keep driving. I called my local mechanic and he recommended Timmons Auto and Truck repair. I'm glad I took it to him. He stayed late so I could get the truck to him, and he even took me to the BART station so I could get to where I needed to go. I soon received a call from him saying the job was done. He even offered to pick me up from the BART station even though his shop was already closed. You can't beat the customer service. And it cost less than what he quoted too. Thanks Dave! Matt M. From Placerville

From scheduling to completion, Timmons Truck Service went all the way. We discussed items which caused problems. Your staff investigated and made repairs. We even found a loose seat that could have resulted in a passenger being injured. Office staff returned calls and set up return of my truck. My working with them was seamless.

We took our car to Timmons Auto for the first time this week and were very impressed. The staff was courteous and explained everything to us. They have a great shop and we highly recommend them. We will be using them for all of our cars.

This was my second visit to Timmons and I could not be happier with their service. Quick appointment, friendly, professional service and honesty. My quote for a service was reasonable, when I returned the final cost was even lower as my car did not require the type if oil I was originally quoted on. I would have never known the difference, but they did the right thing. You can't ask for more than that!
