Great Shop, Gets it done expeditiously when needed and with a smile

Everyone very professional and friendly, gave me solid estimate, called to confirm original estimate on known repairs and to advise me of additional repairs needed. Vehicle was ready to go when promised and all repairs were completed. Drove vehicle nearly 1000 miles day after I picked it up, ran like a top. These guys do good work at a fair price!

First time for us to use Timmons services for repairs/servicing for our Ford chassis Fleetwood Tioga RV. We were very pleased with the well-organized RV review and recommendations for repairs/service which were completed within 24-hours of leaving our RV with them. We also found that Timmons is part of a dealer network that can provide support wherever we are on the road if problems should arise.

Our 27-ft Class C motorhome showed a dash light that needed attention. Through a referral from a smaller service shop we found Timmons and had our first experience with them. Their careful review showed a few other items that could be taken care of on this visit and we agreed with their assessment. They provided a clear breakdown of service items and expenses. Upon my discussion and approval the work was completed within 24-hrs and they ferried our RV back to its storage space from their Pleasant Hill location. We are confident that their work will have taken care of the indicated problems.
