The service I received for my first generation Honda Insight was excellent. Rodney took the time to really listen to my concerns and made sure I knew he understood them. He explained the diagnostic procedure in plain English and the price was competitive. They found the problem and fixed it the same day and again, the price was very competitive. This was my first visit; I will taking my car to Timmons from now on.

So far so good. RV was repaired there yesterday. They did a clean job and pointed out another repair needed. They finished on time and we were able to pick up our coach the same day. Everyone there was professional and spoke clearly and plainly about the issues. We plan to be back.

I have had my personal vehicles repaired and serviced at Timmons for many years. They always do a great job. On this occasion I had returned because my battery they had installed 2 months ago had failed an AMP test while I was preparing it for sale. Timmons tested it, found it failed, and replaced it within 1 hour, no charge. Can't beat that!

After a disappointing and expensive trip to the Chevy dealer (who was unable to correctly diagnose the issue), I came to Timmons and they quickly found the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price. This is my third time using Timmons, and have found them to be very professional and honest. I will definitely take my vehicles to them again!
