I've been having my Mercedes Sprinter Van serviced at Timmons for several years and have always been completely satisfied with the service. Rodney keeps me informed on progress of the repair and is always prompt on returning my calls. Dave has been nothing short of amazing on going the extra mile on taking care of my vehicle. Almost a year after replacing the ball joints on the front suspension, Dave took a look at them and didn't feel that they were wearing properly... I had noticed nothing and wasn't even asking him to look at them. He did a full replacement free of charge. I trust Dave completely to perform any service on my van and his honesty and integrity are absolutely 100%.
