Quick and friendly service. Honest, did not try to "upsell."

I scheduled a routine oil change this time. It was very convenient making the appointment online (with a $15 coupon!). My van was done in less than an hour. The customer service at Timmons is always exceptional and this appointment was no exception. I will be back soon with the next car in our family's "fleet".

1999 F-250 brake inspection and front end alignment. Due to extensive rust there was degradation of numerous components in the brakes and steering systems. Another auto repair facility declined to do the repair work. Timmons took on the job, analyzed the problems and performed the necessary repairs in just 48hrs. They also performed a courtesy preventive maintenance check which exposed some problems that I was unaware of. Well done.

Fast and friendly service. Felt like Rodney, the service adviser, knew his trucks and listened to my request for things to check out on my truck. They changed my oil and gave me an itemized list of things I could do in the future on the truck but did not pressure me into thinking I needed to do anything right away. Will definitely use Timmons for all future truck servicing.

Timmons is fantastic. They have been servicing my cars for years and do such a great and timely job. Their customer service is wonderful and I recommend my friends to them all the time. I know the entire staff is great, but Rodney and Dave have been there for years and treat me so well.
