Traveling from Florida. Lost brakes at Oklahoma. Dealer replaced brake line and thought calipers might be cause of pull to left. Came on to CA and Timmons for further assessment. Timmons did thorough investigation, replaced calipers, pads, brake hoses and loose steering linkage. Also advised watch on leaks found. Fully corrected problem and got us back on the road in three days. Took care to understand our circumstances and vehicle symptoms before doing any work. Welcoming, friendly, considerate.

I don't usually like it when companies want to validate their work with follow up surveys to boost their ratings but to be honest, Timmons actually call after they do repair work for you to ensure you are satisfied with the work they did. With that personal touch, I don't mind filling out a survey when they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I found a great local repair shop I can rely upon and trust.
