From the first phone call on the day of the accident I was given a "Preferred Customer" status. The professional staff interacted with me on a personal level. The service was provided and I'm very grateful.

I brought my car in for an evaluation and found out I needed my left catalytic converter replaced as well as my front brakes. They ordered the parts on Wednesday and had them in by Friday. My car was fixed and ready to go by 5pm on Friday evening. Service was incredibly efficient and professional.

The Guys at Timmons Auto & Truck repair. Took my call first thing in the morning and I was able to drop my truck off that day. They got my truck into the shop and evaluated what was going wrong. The then contacted me and got my approval to move forward. Great customer service and also great mechanics. Then when my truck was ready to be picked up. I didn't have a ride over to their shop. So the owner came and picked me up. Wow, we need more companies out there, like Timmons. Thank you guys

Timmons Auto and Car repair provides excellent service. Timmons staff are very professional and friendly. Their technicians did a thorough diagnostics and carefully explained to me all that needed to be repair in my car. They replaced my starter, batter, front and back brakes, and the trunk struts, and refilled all fluids all at an affordable and fair price. Most importantly, they found that the problem with the AC was a blown fuse and that the compressor was fine ;-). That type of professionalism, honesty and expertise couple with excellent service are the characteristics of a successful car shop. I highly recommend Timmons Car and Truck Repair.
